Plantar fasciitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thanks for the query

You having pain in plantar foot due to Plantar fasciitis .
Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the plantar fascia the tissue which connects toe and heel.
Strain of this fascia results in inflammation, like prolong standing, uncontrolled BMI,play activities, too flat shoes, flat foot, calf muscle tightness.

Plantar fasciitis pain can be well treated by physical therapy modalities like

Ultrasound massage

IFT (Infra red therapy) Or Iontophoresis

It gives him a great relief from inflammation so please talk to your doctor to start the treatment as early.

With treatment you will experience less pain in days and continue home care along with modalities like
1.ice massage 10 to 15 min early morning in bed
2.combination of hot and cold therapy
3.calf stretching exercise
4.arch support and 1 to 2 inch heel support shoes

6.use Tab Diclofinac gel twice daily
7.if daily activities are affected please take proper rest.
8.weight reduction.

Treatment can be taken along with drugs given by orthopaedic Surgeon

Maximum cases are well treated with conservative management, but it may reoccur when strained again and precautions to be carried, but however it z well controlled within 6 months.
If pain is severe doctor may ask you to take steroid injection over the foot

Hope it is useful.

Take care
