Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis of spines, calcium, multivitamin

Detailed Answer:
HI, XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for posting query.
From your long history of having multiple problems is mainly of your Musculo-skeleton system.
There are few caused of having these multiple complaints.
1, Menopause,
2, Osteo-artheritis of spines.
3, Osteoporosis and Osteomalcia,
4, Generalized deficiencies of Calcium, vitamin D and B12.
Due to having degenerative changes occurring in spines there might be having pressure and pinched nerve irritation you get backache, stiff neck and tingling and numbness in your upper and lower limbs.
During Menopause due to hormonal imbalance there might be having osteoporosis, bones and muscles become weak and brittle.
To get proper clue regarding your problem, go for few investigations like,
1, X-ray or CT scan of cervical and lumbo-sacral spines
2, S.calcium level,
3, Vitamin D estimation,
4, Vitamin B12 estimation.
5, Blood sugar estimation.
Consult spine specialist and get examined.
Meanwhile go for,
Light physical exercise like walking and physiotherapy.
Take calcium, vitamin D and A supplements and B1, B6, and B12 capsules or shots.

Brief Answer:
Go for x-ray spines, take multivitamin supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for posting your feeling again,
It is true that multiple complains telling your doctor during Menopause, your doctor might think that this is due to some depression followed by Menopause and it is possible that doctor might not given attention to them.
But the blood tests I mentioned are not for arthritis but for some supplement deficiencies.
What I advice is minimum go for X-ray cervical and lumbo-sacral spines which will give idea about degenerative changes and osteoporosis.
So go for,
regular slow walking,
take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Go for B1, B6, B12 capsules or shots.
As diabetes is not there it is fine.
I think I answered your query.
