Brief Answer:
Suggestive of inflammation of the glans penis

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
I can understand your concern.
Pink spots seem to be due to infection of glans penis (Ballanitis).
Since you have been masturbating a lot times, a trauma could have caused this type of inflammation.

Can you please provide the following details so as to analyze your condition properly and give a suggestion:
1. Do you have any associated symptoms like itching, pain, or discharge from the bumps?
2. Do you have any burning urination or discharge during urination?
3. Kindly upload the picture of the affected part.

Awaiting your reply.

Brief Answer:
Suggestive of fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Thanks for your reply.
I have gone through it and also the two uploaded pictures.

You seem to be suffering from fungal infection of the glans penis.
I advise you to use an antifungal (Clotrimazole) containing cream which is very effective in the treatment of such fungal infection.
Apply it to the affected area 2-3 times daily for 10 days.
With effective treatment, recover occurs within 3-5 days after using the cream
Besides the medication following measures are also to be followed:
1. Regular washing the penis & cleaning the foreskin
2. The area should be kept dry and clean
3. Avoid doing masturbation till you are cured.

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful in getting rid of your problem.
