Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the photographs.
Yes, these are furuncles also known as "boils" which is a deeper skin and soft tissue infection as compared to folliculitis.
I would suggest an Oral antibiotic course e.g either Amoxicillin 500mg or Cephalexin 500mg, thrice daily for a week. In addition I would suggest an Oral antiinflammatory/ painkiller e.g Ibuprofen or Diclofenac, twice daily for 3 days.
Topically you may use an antibacterial cream e.g 2% mupirocin cream, twice daily.

Hi, thank you for your help. Will follow the same.
Also, there are small boils which do not secrete puss. Will that also be cured be the prescription you gave?Have attached an image for the same.

Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotics would take care of infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

The antibiotic should work only for skin and soft tissue infection.
However, the smaller bumps don't seem like boils. They are more likely small sebaceous cysts which would not resolve with antibiotics.

Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Sebaceous cysts are just of cosmetic concern. If desired or if they increase in size they can be removed surgically.
