Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for writing to us on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the recurrent breakouts of acne.
Acne as you must be aware is a chronic inflammatory condition of sebaceous glands and hair follicle. It is chiefly dictated by hormonal changes.
Acne has high tendency for recurrence and complications like pigmentation and scarring, it is prudent to treat acne in aggressive way.
For best management, I would suggest you to post some clinical pictures, so that I can formulate treatment plan for you according to severity and grade of acne.
You can mail pictures to attachments@ healthcaremagic.com with subject titled ' ATTN Dr Hardik Pitroda'
I will revert as soon as I review the pictures.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Comedone extraction + Jessner peel

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for the pictures.
Currently you are having very mild acne mostly whiteheads and blackheads but you have lot of scarring due to acne. Since you have tendency for scarring it is important we target you acne effectively.
If I was your treating dermatologist I would advise regular sessions of comedone extraction( blackhead and whitehead removal) followed by chemical peeling. There are lots of options of chemical peels to choose from like Glycolic peel, Salicylic peel, Jessner peel etc but I would insist upon Jessner peel as it will address not just your acne but also your scarring.
Apart from these procedures, at home you can apply a mild retinoid like Adapalane gel over full face alternate night and antibiotic like clidamycin twice a day.
Use good gentle cleanser like Cetaphil cleansing lotion and a good moisturiser like Cetaphil DAM moisturising lotion on regular basis.
Avoid picking and scratching of lesions.

Once your acne is resolved, your scarring can be treated with laser resurfacing treatment and/or microneedling treatment with dermaroller.

Take plenty of fresh fruits an vegetables in your diet and drink lots of water and fluids.

Hope your query is resolved.
Let me know if you require any more assistance from myside.
Thanks and take care
