Brief Answer:
warm compresses, antiseptic, topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Lesions can appear anywhere on the skin and are common in skin fold areas such as under the breast because of the friction and moisture in this region.

Apply a warm compress to it for 5 to 10 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day if you can. This would encourage any discharge present to come out.

Clean with a topical antiseptic eg dilute betadine or dilute hydrogen peroxide, twice daily.

Continue the cream that you are using if it is a topical antibiotic.

The lesion if it is a simple pimple should resolve within a week , if it does not then oral antibiotics may be needed.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
