Suggest Treatment For Pimple Near The Vaginal Entrance

Question: I have a pimple near entrance of vigina. It does not hurt if i dont touch it, although can lead to a little painful sex and its more red after sex
.

How to solve it? Its been there for abt 2 months! I know keep vigina dry and stuff, and wear cotton panties . What else?

The small pimple that is present for last 2 months is likely to be due to a blocked gland in the area. It can be a sebaceous cyst. An infected hair follicle is not likely to persist for that long. The presence of pain is suggestive of an inflammation or infection in the area.
If the swelling is less than 1cm in size then it is best to do a hot compress in the area and apply local antiseptic cream like neosporin and see if it helps. In case the pimple is larger then it is best to consult your gynecologist and get it removed. Taking oral antibiotics can also help.
