Question: I have a piece of foreskin attached to my penis head its connected to the shaft on penis like a bridge my penis head do not have the full mushroom shape.when I get a erection its like it restricts my penis is it cutting off the blood flow to my penis if I get it cut will my penis get more blood will it get more length.
