Question: Tight foreskin - cant have sex without condoms - but looking towards being father . Can you please let me know the cure .. with surgery and without surgery

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Phimosis.

There is no medical treatment for this condition.The only option is to undergo surgery of Circumcision.

- How many days would it take me to recover from circumcision , to resume my sex life ?
- I tried having sex with pricked condoms , but seems this is not helping too ..just avoiding surgery

It normally takes 2 weeks for complete healing of the wound.You can resume your sexual activities within 3 weeks time.
