I have gone through your query. Fungal infections and phimosis can be the reason. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in analysing.
Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. Instead you can use saline or warm water. Applying triple action creams containing anti fungal agents like clotrimazole , anti bacterial like neomycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone will be helpful. This is available in brands like Surfaz SN.

Do you mean you don't get erection at all?
Or you loose erections while going towards intercourse?
Do you have early morning erections or erections while sleeping?

If you getting erections while sleeping and while early morning then most likely organically you are normal. And in that case your problem could be psychological. A behavioural therapy with psychologist will help in such case. If that is not helping then SSRI medications like Dapoxetine can be taken prior to intercourse. This is a prescription medicine. This can be used in need and no need to take regularly.
But if you don't have erections at all then better to consult an urologist and do ultrasound of penis if needed to rule out any organic problems.
Drugs like Sildenafil (Viagra) will be helpful in that case also.

Good morning,
recently I lost my erection and size of pennies has good reduced. I am not able to find proper doctor, each giving different opinions. That y I choose to go online. I want regain pennies size and erection. So please suggest what kind medications I need to take.

Sildenafil will give you a temporary solution to this problem. But real cause of this should be ruled out. You need to do test for level of testosterone in blood. If that is normal ultrasound examination of penis and testis also should be done. A consultation with urologist should be done for proper examination also. Then only we can find the exact reason for this and manage it permanently.
If testosterone levels are low then taking proteinaceous food and doing exercises daily will be helpful to restore it.
Do you have high BP or high cholesterol?
That also should be checked. Those who taking medications for BP also can have lose of erection.
