Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

Parkinson disease is mainly a clinical diagnosis. The tremors/ jerks need to be clinically examined. The cardinal signs of postural instability, paucity of movements/ bradykinesia, and rigidity needs to be looked for. Treatment can be advised accordingly. A neurological exam is pertinent in this regard.

Anxiety and the drugs (both lorazepam and tegretol) can cause such tremors. If the tremors improve upon adjusting the drugs with no cardinal signs/symptoms of Parkinsons then no treatment may be necessary.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
