Suggest Treatment For Persistent Sore Throat, Cough And Swollen Lymph Nodes Near Neck
Question: I am suffering from persistent sore throat with cough. Need to consult with doctor about any home remedy. I am in Kazakhstan and available medicines are quite poor here.
I have little pain in my throat. Cough not very heavy. Little pain during eating. Not taking any cold items. I have little yellowish mucus. Feeling little swelled lymph near neck. I feel my tonsils are little swelled as well. Sort of bumps on it, but no pus. No fever.

Your symptoms suggest pharyngo-tonsillitis.
Actually this needs antibiotic treatment.Anyhow,for 1-2 days,you can try simple analgesics like paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily or ibuprofen 400mg thrice daily(if you are not allergic to).Also use antihistamines like Levocetirezine 5mg at bed time(be cautious on driving as this can cause sedation).
And do warm saline gargle of throat 6-8 times a day.
If your symptoms are not coming in 1-2 days,kindly see your doctor for staring antibiotics.Otherwise,if it is coming down,continue above drugs for total 3 days,and saline gargles for 5 days.

It is almost 9 days before started. 7 days before after swim in a lake it increased. I have Levoquin 500. Can I take it?

This is unlikely related to deviated septum,which usually causes recurrent sinusitis.
HIV is unlikely,as this is usually associated with other symptoms like weight loss/persistent fever/persistent diarrhea/lymphadenopathy etc.
Anyhow,if you are getting frequent recurrences,you can have a HIV ELISA screening done,and also check your blood sugar.

I am attaching HIV antibody test report. It was done after 14 weeks of possible exposure. Is it conclusive?
Can this kind of sore throat happen without other symptoms during initial HIV infection?

Chances of transmitting HIV by kissing is negligible compared to vaginal or anal sex unless the partner was having oropharyngeal mucosal abrasion or active aphtus or infections.
There is some error in downloading the report.I could not get it.kindly try re uploading. Anyhow if it shows a negative or non reactive report,this is conclusive as it is already 14weeks past the incident.
