Question: I have had lower pack pain from 1962 to present. The only medicine that has worked was morphine but my doctors says it is easy to get addicted. I have tried physical therapy, Percocet And currently ok (oxomorphome) which, doesn't work at all. Any suggestions

Brief Answer:
MRI SCAN of spine is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have degenerative spine disease.

Analgesics for longer time are not advisable.

It's important to assess the severity and location of spine degenerative compression through an MRI Scan of Total spine.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
