Brief Answer:
You need to give me little detail of the illness.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think he may be having gastric ulcer due to that vomiting or bleeding. Before I advised you anything I would like to know few detail of the illness.
1.Blood which is coming is red colour or black colour?
2.Is any relation with food? Like does he feel pain in abdomen after food or before food?
3.Is he taking any pain killers at present ?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks
