Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It looks like Osteoarthritis. Any fever before 6 months?

For osteoarthritis, the best treatment is moderate exercise with in-between resting periods and muscle strengthening exercises such as before getting out of bed, straighten your knee and lift it horizontally for 20 to 30 degrees and count till 10 to 0 seconds. Then, flex your knees to your abdomen and count to 10 seconds.

You can take multivitamin or antioxidants such as Tab. Arvion OD once daily for 30 days after food. Or any antioxidant tablet available in the pharmacy.

I hope this answered your query.
Regards
