Brief Answer:
Constipation/hemorrhoids and following causes to consider...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The presence of small pink type globules in your poo needs further attention and medical evaluation. However, in order for me to be more specific in your case, I need to have a few more details:
- are those small pink globules visually noted macroscopically (caught by the eye)? or you have noted after getting the lab report?
- do you suffer of constipation?
- any medication or multivitamin or supplement you take on daily basis?
- are those pink globules always notable on daily basis? or sometimes?

If other organic and cancer problems have been ruled out by lab tests, then, we must focus on the problems related to the bowels. Constipation is often one cause especially if notable hemorrhoids (internal or external).

Furthermore, what you eat and especially if consumed foods with artificial colorings like binge drinks, vitamins, etc. then, you can note these small pinky globules in your poo.

Looking forward to have the requested information for further assistance.
