Question: hello, I have been having tension like headaches for 4 weeks now. I am not stressed, i drink enough fluids and i sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours a night. I normally get a headache in my frontal lobe. Recently i noticed a new trend with this headache instead of being in my frontal area, it went to my parietal lobe and occipital lobe. It was accompanied my a tingling sensation. I also have a stiff neck and fatigue.

Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist and start treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Headache with neck stiffness can be due to meningitis if fever or vomiting is present.
Tension type headache can also have neck muscle pain and stiffness.
Is there any vomiting, nausea, sensitivity to light or sound?
Any aggravating or relieving factors?
You can get examined by a neurologist and start amitriptyline under guidance.
Continue proper sleep and timely food intake.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
