Brief Answer:
You may have a complication of a viral respiratory infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

In general the upper respiratory tract infections last 3-5 days.
Your fatigue though is not a good sign, because you may have a complication like Pneumonia.
Do you have any shortness of breath or chest pain?

My main recommendation is to consider doing a chest X-ray and a visit to your doctor who can check your lungs and do a general check up.

Meanwhile drink plenty of fluids, take Painkillers for pains and aches like PARACETAMOL 650mg every 8th hourly as needed (unless you have it contraindicated), take steam inhalation twice daily, and take over the counter medicines for other symptoms that you may have, so you can feel better.

You may need antibiotics though due to this complication.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
