Brief Answer:
Might be viral gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

Most cases of diarrhea in adults result from viral gastroenteritis, consuming contaminated foods or drinks is another common cause.

I would suggest you to drink plenty of water or electrolyte solutions to prevent dehydration. Add bland foods to your diet, such as bananas, toast, oatmeal and rice in small amounts every couple of hours. Avoid spicy food. You can take curd which will be beneficial. Do not take over-the-counter anti-diarrheal medications. With this measures your symptoms should reduce.

In case if your symptoms persist, I would have asked for stool routine examination and based on the report I would have decided on the next line of management.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
