Brief Answer:
No problem with heart

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your symptoms do not suggest any Heart Disease. – pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on. And all the tests have ruled it out.
Pain on touching and at one point means it is not from any problem inside – but from the point there. Typical example is costochondritis – inflammation of rib cartilage
Or pain from chest wall muscles / spasm from stress, posture and so on – called Psycho-somatic. If necessary, psychological assessment and assistance will help. No need for hesitation to see a Psychiatrist! Everyone seeing a heart specialist does not have a heart disease. They can assess and assist and the role of depression or anxiety and assist by appropriate medication and/or counselling.
In the meantime, rest, hot packs, Over The Counter (OTC) Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) like Ibuprofen can help / Muscle relaxants help – but may need prescription
Keep following up with your doctor

Good luck

Brief Answer:
chest wall muscle pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You are too young / the duration is too long – that itself practically excludes any serious problem Don't worry

PFT has excluded lung problem
ECG excluded heart problem
Endoscopy excluded food pipe and stomach problem
It is only muscle pain / and is most likely related to tension (Anxiety)

Psychological assessment and assistance will help
Follow the suggestions I have given you in my previous answer

Any doctor with MD or DNB degree / especially working in a Medical College –can give you excellent guidance

Regards
