Brief Answer:
Please provide more details, icontinue with otrivin until diagnosis confirms

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description This might be related to inflammation or congestion of the nasal mucosa.

Here I would like further information to help you better
Are you having fever or sore throat?
Any history of similar complaints in recent past?
Have you been shifted to new place or exposed to any kind of new allergens,

Meanwhile you need to continue with otrivin nasal spray, it contains xylometazoline which works as a decongestant and relieve nasal blockage.
If you can identify any allergen which is troubling you than try to avoid its exposure.

Please write back to me with these details so that will be able to tell you more precisely.
Wish you good health
