Brief Answer:
Management of Peripheral Neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Peripheral neuropathy can occur due to several underlying conditions or may occur on its own (idiopathic).
Identifying underlying cause of peripheral neuropathy if any is very important. I understand that you have undergone extensive investigation. But since I don't know regarding the details I would mention the possible causes here
-Diabetes, Vitamine b12, b6 deficiency, folate deficiency, Infection like Hepatitis C, Kidney dysfunction, Amyloidosis, Hypothyroidism, exposure to heavy metal toxin like lead, alcohol abuse, auto immune disorders like Rheumatoid arthritis, sle and genetic factors.

Treatment is through correction of the underlying cause.
Symptomatic relief can be attained through medication for nerve pain like Gabapentin, Lyrica and amitryptiline.
Pain medication like Advil can be used. If not effective more potent pain medication like tramadol, oxycodone can be used.
Topical capsaicin cream can help.
If medications alone does not help procedures like Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and acupuncture can be tried.

Hope this answers your question
