Brief Answer:
It could be due to Adhesions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pelvic pain could be due to Adhesions after Uterus removal. Most common cause of Adhesions is after Gynaecological surgery.
In my opinion, you should get Plain Xar abdomen in erect posture and Ultrasound abdomen. If they are inconclusive, CT Scan abdomen has to be taken.
Low back pain could be due to musculoSkeletal cause. I prescribe muscle relaxant tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health .
