Detailed Answer:
Hi
First of all I would like to know what kind of pelvic floor dystinction you were diagnosed with

Was the diagnosis confirmed by qualified doctor. Please attach investigations to confirm this

Do you have any problems like urinary or fecal incontinence?

I personally do not think that the pain you are experiencing is nerve related. However, if it is confirmed that you have pelvic floor dysfunction then this needs to be immediately addressed by a urologist.

Hope it helps.

This or all first started when I was coughing hard and working out. I fist had penis pain I was diagnosed with pelvic floor tension by one urologist because ive taken antibiotics for prostatitis that didn't help. I have taken cat scans and mri. Cat scan came up clear mri saw a small herniation at l5 s1.
I do have leakage of my bladder if I move a certain way or cough. Pain in my penis has been getting worse it also hurts when I start to get an erection and when I ejaculate.

Brief Answer:
Leakage when coughing is a sign of stress incontinence.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Leakage when coughing is a sign of stress incontinence. You need to get urodynamic studies done to check if it is due to nerve studies. A stricture in the urethra should also need to be excluded by undergoing a cystourethrogram, as there is pain in penis.

Discuss about these with your treating Urologist.

Hope it helps!

Hi,

If you were exposed to a risky sexual behavior, I would first like to rule out sexually transmitted infection based on the information you have given (pale patch of skin on the left side of penis right under the XXXXXXX and some and a little brown patch above it).

Thanks!

Brief Answer:
This kind of presentation is not common in Cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you are sure that it is not STD and you were not exposed to risky sexual behavior, then I think it might be natural or physiological thing.

But, I disagree with you to think that it could be due to some cancer. This kind of solitary presentation in cancer is extremely rare,. Particularly in your age group it is very rare. There would lots of associated factors in cancer like sudden severe weight loss, frequent fevers of unknown origin, etc. However, if you are very concerned about this, you may need physical exam.

Anti-inflammatory drugs commonly used to get relief from pain of epidydimitis.

Thanks!
