Question: Hi, i put some dettol on my penis like 3 days ago and after i see my penile skin peeling off. it does not burn or hurt at all. Could you please suggest how should i rejuvenate my penile skin quickly? I want the my penile skin to be even throughout.

Dettol is too harsh for delicate skin of genitals. It is bound to cause irritation and dermatitis.
I suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g momate f cream or fucibet cream, 2x daily for 5 days and it should help resolve your problem.

You can procure an OTC topical steroid cream from a drug store e.g cortisone cream (hydrocortisone 1% cream). It does nt require a doctors prescription. Use it twice daily on affected area and you should be fine.
