Suggest Treatment For Patches On Shoulder Caused By Fungal Infection

Question: My Query to Dr XXXXXXX heijebu.

On my left shoulder there was a patch formed, which was cured when I used CANDID B, now there are same kind of patch which is spreading over my body. It's still not going even after the application of the candid b cream. What should I do?

I can understand your concerns.

This certainly seems to be resistant fungal infection.

For this, I generally recommend oral pills of Terbinafine once daily for 4 week.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe the same to you.
