Anti retroviral treatment will also help to reduce diarrhoea. Take ORS after diarrhoea. You can take loperamide also if too severe diarrhoea. Eat potatoes, rice, bananas, soup and boiled vegetables and salty foods. Take a probiotic satchet also.Forstavir 3 is Efavirenz/ emtricitabine/ tenofovir anti retroviral drugs. It will help you gradually. Get your stool test for routine microscopy examination for parasites and culture sensitivity test for aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
