Suggest Treatment For Papilloma
Question: I had a large skin tag on my right buttock almost perianal. It had shrunk over the last few days and now the top is white and small amount of clear fluid leaks. It is also painful to wipe as this is near my anus. Is this something I need to go to urgent care for? Is it serious? I have a picture if that helps.

I haven't had any swelling or foul smelling discharge. It looks like a skin tag on a stalk. I have some on my neck that look the same. This one looks infected though. The only pain is when I wipe after going the bathroom, other wise there is no pain. It is not large, maybe the size of a dry bean.
