Brief Answer:
You need to immediately contact your ER doctor.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your clinical conditions may be caused by any tachyarrhythmias (SVT, atrial flutter or fibrillation, or a ventricular tachycardia as well), a probable acute coronary syndrome, or a hypertensive crisis.

Whichever it be, I strongly recommend you to immediately reach the nearest ER service as soon as possible, as it seem to be a serious health issue.

You need a careful physical exam, coupled with some additional tests (ECG, lab tests like cardiac enzymes, etc, chest X ray study, etc), to appropriately differentiate the cause of your complains and start an adequate therapy.

So, just run and see the ER doctor!

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Feel free to ask me whenever you need! Greetings! Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
A doctor opinion on site is valuable.

Detailed Answer:

Hi again!

It may be even your spine, and it's difficult to differentiate at first sight, as they resemble a lot.

But, if pain is disturbing you too much and you have additional symptoms (as you refer), I still insist you need to contact a doctor. Enough care is never excessive.

Best regards! Dr. Iliri
