Brief Answer:
You have obstructive urination with bleeding and ED.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Richmont and welcome to Healthcare magic services.

As an Urologist, i can fully understand and share your concern.

You've symtoms of difficulty in urination, with bleeding, and ED(erectile dysfunction).
The possible reasons for obstructive urinary symptoms with bleeding episode are :
1. U.T.I.(urinary infection).
2. B.P.E. (benign prostate hypertrophy).
3. prostate cancer.
4. bladder stone.
5. bladder cancer
6. several other causes in the bladder, which need to be evaluated.

The reasons for ED will be discussed separately.

Certain tests are needed,to evaluate obstructive urinary symptoms with blood :
1.urine routine and culture.
2.blood routine, sugar, creatinine, PSA,LFT, PT and platelets.
3.ultrasound scan of KUB ( with residual urine) and prostate.
4. Uroflowmetry test.
With these reports,an Urologist after examining you, can have a good idea of the possible cause for your symptoms.

ED may be caused by organic or psychological reasons, or a combination of both.
An Urologist will need to examine you first, and then decide on tests needed.
Stress is a major cause for ED.
The best ways to tackle stress are to exercise, yoga, meditation and music therapy.
Counselling is needed in some people.

Hope your doubts are cleared.
You're welcome to ask any doubts you may have, with a copy of the reports mentioned.

Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Urologist consult will address both problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Richmont.

If you see an Urologist, it's ideal, so that you can get a proper examination done.
It's needed for both your prostate gland evaluation(DRE), and also check for ED.

For prostate cancer doubt, wait for Urologists' DRE(rectal examination) and PSA.

Hope your doubt is cleared.
Wish you good health.

Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
