Detailed Answer:
Hi and Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for your daughter.

After having gone through the history given in your query and the uploaded pictures, I am of the opinion that she has an allergic reaction following suspected insect or mosquito bite. And it seems Calamine lotion and other home remedy failed to relieve her symptoms.

You may give Paracetamol syrup for her pain, Levocetrizine syrup for the swelling and itching, a low dose steroid (hydrocortisone) cream or ointment can also be applied on the affected area.

Scratching leads to skin abrasion or hypersensitivity. Her nails should be trimmed short to prevent from scratching and to minimize bacterial infection.

Hope the suggestion given could be useful to relieve her symptoms.
Best regards.
