Brief Answer:
This is probably a gout crisis!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. I have reviewed your information and this is suggestive of gout. I will recommend that you replace Ibuprofen with indomethacin as this is the most effective drug against gout. However, Ibuprofen is also a good option for gout.

In addition to drugs, I will like that you limit as much as possible the consumption of meat products especially red meat. Also, frequent exercise and increased fruits, vegetables and fluids intake will be of added advantage.

If the crises are often, it will be necessary to take allopurinol for prophylaxis.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
Please, I can't call the pharmacy. It is not allowed!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is not an antibiotic. Unfortunately, it is not also available over the counter. You will need to talk to your doctor. Unfortunately, our policies and regulation doesn't permit us to place pharmacy prescriptions.

I wish you well and let me know what you decide to do.
