Brief Answer:
Get Tesred for Rheumatic fever

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Reactive Arthritis is actually relapsing and resetting. It may spontaneously get Normal and come back after months to years. Truly speaking there is no definitive time boundaries for this disease. As this is your body's immune response against some infection you had.
Get ESR and CRP done.
You must be on Hydroxychloroquine (HCQS). If not, discuss with your doctor to start you on that.
In my clinical practice I have seen cases of reactive Arthritis responding completely between 2 month to 2 years depending on the intensity of the treatment given.
I am more worried about your throat pain. This is not a sign of Reactive Arthritis. I wouod like to keep a possibility of Rheumatic Fever in which you have Arthritis as well as throat pain.
I would advise you to get following investigations done:
1. CRP
2. ESR
3. ASO titres
4. HLA B27
5. ANA.
This would clear the picture.
Also you can join the gym. Just avoid strenuous exercises.
If you have any further query please ask me.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
If you have skin allergies too, a reconsideration of diagnosis is required.
Get the investigations as I have suggested.
Don't worry. You can lead a Normal married life.
