Thanks for your query. Since you have got this problem of neurofibromatosis for the last 8 yo 10 years, you know they are not curable although the symptomatic relief can be had with surgical removal.
This gives you relief as well as confirm the diagnosis and whether there is cancerous transformation or not although this is very very rare.
So, I would advise you to consult a General Surgeon, get an opinion and get the suspicious ones removed.

sir, is there any solution available other than surgery. is it curable with medicines. if i have to opt surgery then a number of surgery is required. there are some small neurofibromas in my body which are painful. pls suggest best surgeon or Neurosurgeon to whom i can contact. pls suggest,whether it is curable in ayurved or homeopathy. i am in depression pls advise. Is neurofibromas will spread to my whole body.

There is no treatment in homeopathy or ayurveda.
You can certainly try any form of naturopathy in the form of yoga, acupressure, and so on, who knows something may suit you to have control of the symptoms.

We have seen that a visit to the cancer hospital in children wards particularly, a social work of some nature that you like the most, engaging in the hobby you like the most, all help to control the symptoms and depression.
