Suggest Treatment For Painful Mouth Ulcer

Question: ulcers inside mouth; sore but not great pain. Serious? Lasted one week' upper and lower gums involved, following chronic cold symptoms. Also Schrogren's Symptom one year ago.

I am so sorry to hear about this mouth ulcer that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and as of now there is no major reason to be concerned about these ulcers at this time. The fact that you had Sjogrens symptom makes it more likely to have mouth ulcers as saliva production is defective.

I will advice that you continue with the mouth wash solution. Rinse at least thrice a day and monitor the progress. If anything new comes up, at that time we would review and consider using antibiotics to manage this infection.

In all, be calm. Continue with mouth wash solution and monitor progress. If anything new comes up, please let me know and we would review and update accordingly.
