Question: Hi have a lump on my arm at elbow crease. It swells at times through day and hurts when touched.

Area of arm that has a lump.

I am pleased to be able to assist you.

From your description, it seems to me that you are having a soft tissue infection/inflammation which after looking at the photo you attached seems to be cellulitis. This could also be a developing abscess.
In any case, you will need to take an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen or diclofenac and also an antibiotics such as cloxacillin should be able to help heal the infection. In case, this persist after taking above treatment, I will suggest you get further follow-up by a doctor.
