Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump In The Armpit

Posted on Fri, 6 Oct 2017
Question: I had an armpit lump appear around 6 weeks ago. It is about the size of a pea. It doesn't really hurt, however if I apply pressure/try to move it around a bit it makes it irritated and red on the skin. It is underneath the skin, and not on top of it. Should I be worried? I am going to try and book into my doctor asap. I do regularly shave my underarms, I thought it might be a cyst but I am unsure
