Question: I'm 21 yrs old female. I am trying to have sex with my partner, but since we both are virgin it's a bit hard for us to get it right. Moreover, no matter how arouse I am, I don't get fully wet and lubricated. It hurts when he tries to penetrate, so we end up getting disappointed everytime.

Brief Answer:
use KY gel lubricant and pain killer medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hello Young lady,

Thanks for writing to us.

It is common occurrence in virgin people to have difficulty in sex.

As you are virgin, there is likely intact hymen. Until your hymen is completely broken, there will be pain.

Spending enough time in foreplay gives sufficient lubrication in vagina. I also recommend using water based KY gel which provides enough lubrication without any side effect. This will help in inserting penis smoothly. You have to relax yourself and avoid thought of pain. You can take pain killer medicine like diclofenac or ibuprofen before 2 hours of sex to prevent pain. After initial experience you will learn that pain is pleasurable overall and there will no pain after 3-4 successful intercourse.

Let me your experience after application of my recommendations.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
