Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection/constipation to further evaluate

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

1. Distended stomach pain on left side associated with frequent urination and slight burning are indicating possible urinary tract infection.

An urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound are recommended to determine the right diagnosis and treatment.

2. If constipated distended stomach pain could be caused by constipation.

3. I advise as following before seeing your doctor:
- increase water intake
- take OTC pain killers to reduce the pain ( e.g. ibuprofen, spasmex or buscopan)
- take OTC cranberry supplement for urinary symptoms
- if constipated, try to avoid/ease constipation

Hope it was of help.
