Question: I slipped and fell down 3 concrete steps on Saturday and have bruised my bottom very badly I am finding it very sore to walk or even sit I am fat so I don't think I got my tail bone as the fat took the fall what is the best way to treat this

Hello Mam,
It could be deep muscle injury or a tail bone fracture.
Do not worry, either way the treatment is the same.
Just avoid pressure on that area. You can do this by sitting on an air ring like a rubber tyre. Apply hot foamentation like a warm water bottle. Take anti inflammatory medicines. I usually advice Tab Combiflam or Ibuprofen or Diclofenac sodium on full stomach.
It should be better in a weeks time or so.
If it does not get better then it would be better to get an XRay of your Coccyx.
