Hello
i had gone through your question diligently and i can understand your concern

i see patients with vocal cord infection and related diseases in my clinic routinely and i will definitely help you as well in best possible way

Here in your case you should tell your doctor to consider following guidelines
1. There can be concomitant viral infection like herpes
2. Antibiotics resistance strains of kleibsella are also very common
3. Your doctor should switch over to injectable antibiotics of cephalosporin or carbapenem group
4. Vaccine is available which can be given in case of recurrent infection
5. You should gargling with antiseptic mouth wash like betadine or warm saline water

I would like to know whether you have hoarseness of voice, not able to speak
You ate having this problem for more 3 years which is a very much troublesome, here I would like to warn you that there could be a any underlying cause for recurrent problem which has to be addressed like diabetes TB or poor oral hygiene
