Suggest Treatment For Pain When Having Prolapsed Hemorrhoids

Question: Hello Doctor,

I am 34yr old male, diagnosed with Grade 4 Prolapse hemorrhoids. I used to feel discomfort in the anal region earlier (all started about 1yr 6 months) but each time it was very little and the pain used to subside in a week without any medication. Now from past one week it was horrible and unbearable pain. I consulted a piles clinic and was told that I needed a surgery - I had no choice but went ahead with their prescribed surgery - HAL RAR. It's been 4 days since the surgery and I still feel discomfort. I can also feel the lumps still present in the anal region. When contacted the surgeon, I was told it will be alright in a few days but I hav serious concerns and not ready to go back to that place. I am worried if the surgery itself didn't go well. I am feeling helpless and think I took a wrong step with the surgery.

Now, I still have the lumps and extreme discomfort while passing stool and after. What would you advise, can I start homeopathy now at this stage without it intervening with the surgical procedure I had. Please help.

Best Regards,
XXXX
