Question: Pain right below ribs front right.
Note: kidney function shut down Thursday, EMT and 24 watch in hosital.

Pardon, it was not clear that 24 meant kept in outpatient wing of hospital for 24 hours after I was purged of any meds that might affect the extremely low blood pressure. It was around 55/30 when I arrived at the emergency room from seeing my primary doctor's intern. Likely suspect they think was dehydration so not enough pressure to infuse blood into kidneys. Man was I cold. I could tell from what the staff was saying that I must not have been making sense. But I clearly heard that they were trying to keep me from crashing.

This has happened 4 earlier times within the last 6 months (dates not recorded) but each time my blood pressure was almost as bad. Those times I crawled in bed and it resolved on its own in around 8 hours. This is the only time I have ever had LBP. I have been on meds for HBP since my early 20's.

I feel like I am living on the razor's edge. Any health issue can affect any other health issue.

The pain I asked you about may have been a precusor of above. Or not. It is just below the rib cage on my right side. Sometimes it goes all the way to the left side. Its been more of a pressure than pain until recently. Enough to keep me from sleep. Any idea? A chest Xray was taken when I was in hospital.

I am getting intense pain in my lower back right now too. The above allowed my system to get behind the pain not in front of it. I just took an Oxycodone and Naproxin and it is lessoning.

Personally I have been able to be in a low stress living environment and maybe I am on too many meds for the cardiac system.

Your thoughts? What do you think I should do next?

I also would like to discuss my DDD in my neck with an appropriate medical person to see if I do not have the surgery am I causing irreparable damage. I have a recent MRI.
