Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You seem to have got urinary tract infection along with vaginal infection.

I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including vaginal swab examination and urine examination and get treated by appropriate antibiotics.

In the meantime, you should drink plenty of fluids(3-4 litres a day) and take syrup Alkasol 2 times a day in water.

This will definitely help you relieve the symptoms.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.
