Testicular pain could be due to many causes. We have to evaluate to find out the cause.
Pain while sitting may be due to minor contusions caused by previous trauma or it could be due to conditions like orchitis/epididymitis (inflammation of testis).
Get an ultrasound scan with Doppler of your scrotum. Further management will be based on scan reports. Also, do a urine routine analysis.
As of now, you can take analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac for pain. Avoid tight inner wears.
