Brief Answer:
Peripheral pulse check and few blood test...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the details your posted. From what I understand you have pain in one foot along with occasional numbness and discomfort especially at night and early morning. I hope there is no associated weakness - like difficulty in holding chappals. I also hope you do not have any medical history of diabetes, thyroid disorder and cardiovascular problems.

In this circumstance, this pain / discomfort may be related to local plantar factors or could be from systemic condition. Therefore you will need an evaluation to isolate the cause. I will request you to visit a doctor who can check peripheral pulse of lower limb. The doctor can also run tests for blood sugar, thyroid disease, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, serum Iron profile and other minerals.

Hope this helps.
