Question: I am a male and have a pain in my scrotum that is very sensitive (Painful) when touched. There is no bulging in that area.

Pain is mostly due to infection of either Epididymis or Testicle.

Pain in scrotum that you have is mostly due infection of either Epididymis (Epididymitis ) or Testicle (Orchitis )

Consult qualified Urologist or General surgeon for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac and Chymoral forte twice daily latr on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .

Use scrotal support to get relief from pain and discomfort .

Ensure to drink ore water ,
