Question: I used to smoke marijuana regularly but I've quit since 2 weeks. today I had green tea in the morning and now my left testicle aches(not badly) but kind of tingling. Should I be worried?

I guess it was just a coincidence. I have leftgroin pain since morning and the testicular pain has subsided since i wrote to you.

Brief Answer:
I do not think both are related

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all I like to inform you that the pain in scrotum is not related to mirijhuana abuse or withdrawal or green tea intake. It is more possible a coincidence rather than anything else.

Now regarding the testicular pain I feel there is need for investigation if it persists. It can be caused by variety of factors including infection among others. The most common cause for a young men is infection specially in sexually active men.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
