Question: my husband has times when he gets a pain in the upper let side of his chest, light flashes in his right eye extreme dizziness upon standing up followed by bad headache the tiredness.

It is good that he has angiography planned, heart blockages may be ruled out if it comes back normal, or treated if there is any problem.
I would advise you to monitor closely his blood pressure as well. Especially when he stands and have complaints, as it may be caused by blood pressure fall upon standing. Try to take his blood pressure before standing and after standing up.
