Suggest Treatment For Pain In Spine, Severe Fatigue, Headaches And Neck Pain

Question: I am a 16 y/o girl, My upper and lower spine have been hurting (mild-moderate) for the past few weeks. Today I noticed bruises along my spine aligned with 2 or 3 vertibre. I haven't had any recent injuries. I dont know how long the bruises have been there. I also experience moderate to severe fatigue and overall weakness, and headaches. I also have moderate neck pain when i lean my head back but i'm not sure if this is related. I have little appetite, also not sure if this is related. However, i've had an overwhelming feeling that something is wrong with my body for some time now. Should I be concerned? Any idea what this is?
